The location provided easy access to dotonbori. i appreciated the unlimited sodas and snacks available for both children and adults. My granddaughter especially loved them. lots of dining and shopping options were nearby, and multiple subway and train stations were easily accessible.

the air conditioning had a slight odor and the temperature was centrally controlled.

The connecting rooms offered ample space. the rooms were clean and efficient with a total of four beds. the big bed was comfortable. i also found the staff very helpful. They provided great explanations at check in.

The hotel offered complimentary coffee and drinks in the lobby. the hotel provides coffee machines and drinks until late at night, a plus. breakfast had a wide selection of european and japanese dishes. It was a buffet.
